Purchases:

All purchases are deemed final once checkout is complete. Payments must be made at time of purchase and the order will be packaged and shipped once the payment has been received. 

Payment Options:

Paypal: Pay to: hostilebacon@gmail.com 

Credit Card: Payments can be made by selecting the Paypal option at checkout (you do not need a Paypal account to make a credit card payment, just follow the prompts on the Paypal website) We do not accept credit card numbers over the phone or by email.

Bank Deposit:  details available at check out

Please arrange payment at time of ordering for the total amount inc. delivery if required
Once we have received payment you will a receive a receipt email of your order details. Please note, you will not receive a hard copy receipt with your order. 

Shipping:

Please check the address and contact info is correct before submitting your details as we use this information to send your order on it's merry way.

Standard delivery is free within Australia, all orders are sent by Australia Post and are not registered or tracked.

Standard international shipping by Australia Post or courier for large orders. (Prices are in Australian dollars)

$20.00 per order for items up to 150g
$30.00 for items 151g - 500g
$ 40.00 for items 501g - 2kg
Items over 2kg shipping is a flat fee of $130.00 

PLEASE NOTE: For overseas orders you many be responsible to pay taxes and duties applicable to your country

Deliveries:

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearing
Please allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery depending on location.  
(Deliveries outside Australia may be longer depending on the local provider).

Availability:

PLEASE NOTE: Items available on Hostile Bacon are often hand made. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date however please understand that all orders are subject to the availability of your specific request. In the event your order can not be fulfilled you will be offered an alternate product to the same value or a full refund will be arranged.

Returns and refunds:

All items are wrapped and packaged securely for delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item or arrange a refund.

Please choose items carefully as a change of mind does not constitute a faulty or damaged item. Exchanges can be arranged when a change of size is required, depending on availability of item. We do not cover postage in this instance.
