ORDERING INFO
There are four easy ways to order: on the website, by phone, and by email and our Facebook

How do I order online?
Once you find something you like simply choose from the ‘Quick Shop’ option which appears on the page when you hover the cursor over a product or "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Once you're done placing everything you want in your shopping cart, then proceed to our secure checkout.

How do I order by phone?
Call us at 02 8006 1443 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST). We usually work late and may even pick up the phone after hours.

How to I order by email?
Got a special order? Please email us at info@hostilebacon.com.au and we'll be happy to help.

How do I order on Facebook?
‘Like’ us on Facebookwww.facebook.com/hostilebacon and you can shop with us by clicking on the ‘shop’ app at the top of our page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) Paypal and direct deposit.

What happens if I saw something a while ago and is now out of stock?
Send an email to info@hostilebacon.com.au and we’ll do our best to get it in.  We can’t guarantee that we will as sometimes we sell one off creations or the manufacturers themselves are out of stock.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We actually do wrap all items using tissue paper and yarn so that you have the pleasure of unwrapping your purchase when it arrives on your doorstep.

I'm sending it as a gift can you send it without invoice?
Definitely. When placing an order you will receive a confirmation email of the purchase and the item will be wrapped and delivered sans invoice.

I don’t live Australia and would like to place an order. Can I do this?
For sure. We can deliver anywhere in the world. If you’re overseas and would like to buy something for yourself or give a gift to someone else shopping with us is a convenient way to do this.

How long does it take to ship?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the payment clearing. If the item is to be delivered within Australia it may take 2-7 days to receive it depending on the postage option you’ve selected and how fast Australia Post can get it to you. If you’re overseas it may take 1-4 weeks to get to you via Australia Post and the postal service in your country and customs.

How much is postage?
We offer free standard postage within Australia, however if you would like to receive it Express Delivery prices start from AU $6.20 depending on the weight of the item.
Standard international postage starts from AU$12.95 depending on the weight and destination.

Do you offer a service where I can sell my designs on the website?
Yes we do. Email us at info@hostilebacon.com.au about your products and designs, along with photos and we will review your products and provide you with information about listing with us.
We’re looking for products that are unique, quirky and of high quality. One very important thing you should know is that there is no set up charge. We charge an admin fee when the item is sold.
